Like Halloween……  I think holding a CAREER has many moments where we need to slip into a different type of character.  Instead of  putting on a full fledged costume, how about identifying a TOTEM that helps you slip into character. For me,  a TOTEM is a bold red pair of glass or my signature pink leather jacket. For others it might be a bold red lip or heels. 

While it’s fun to dress up like others or a particular character, remember that you have the LEADER CHARACTER WITHIN YOU! It is within that your true self wants to emerge… trust it!
